Doesn’t it seem like everywhere you look there are an increasing number of kale products? Salads, chips, juices and more can be found in stores and many restaurants are adding kale dishes to their menu.  Kale seems to be the new trendy thing and with good reason.  These tasty greens are a nutritional powerhouse!

Here are a few benefits you will get from these leafy greens:

– high in vitamins A and C

– high in calcium

– the fiber and sulfur in kale are great for detoxifying the body

– it is filled with antioxidants

Kale is very versatile but it is important to understand how to best prepare it.  My video below will show you how to prepare kale for a most delicious salad.  Go out and eat those leafy greens!!
